Confirmation Class

Proverbs 22:6 both urges and promises parents, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”  Confirmation Class is provided at Trinity to assist parents in fulfilling this important responsibility toward their children.

Classes for 7th-8th grades are held during the school year, stopping for the summer about a week before school ends, and resuming about a week after school begins.

In addition to these classes, as part of the Confirmation program the children, accompanied by their parents or guardians, faithfully attend worship services at Trinity and serve as acolytes.

If you wish to enroll your child in Midweek School at Trinity, or for more information, please call 913-849-3344 or Email Church Office.

Adult Information Class

Adult Information Class will help you learn more about the teachings of the Lutheran Church. This class is about 10 one-hour sessions, offered several times per year, or an individual basis, at your convenience. Although this class prepares you for membership in the Lutheran Church, there is no prior obligation to join. That is a decision you can make upon completion of the class. Just let Pastor know you are interested and he will schedule a class time with you.

If you have a background in The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod, just ask Pastor to have your membership transferred.
